Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Convert (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Convert is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps creators and businesses manage social media content, analyze performance, and publish to connected platforms. Core features include AI agent chat, content generation, scheduling, analytics, and third-party social media integrations.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or use a single account for multiple businesses without prior written consent.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in unauthorized ways.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Circumvent plan limits through technical means.

5. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period except where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI agents is provided as a starting point and may require your review and editing before publication. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for any content you publish through the Service. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular purpose.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.) at your request. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those integrations complies with the applicable platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that affect Service functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service. We claim no ownership over your content. The Convert platform, codebase, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm from published content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination; we will retain data for 30 days after account closure before deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active paid subscribers of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice.
