Anthropic API Key

OpenAI Embeddings

Account Information
Security
Manage password and active sessions.
- Open the Convert app in your browser.
- Click Create one below the login form.
- Enter your email and choose a strong password (min. 8 chars).
- Click Create Account. Check your email for a verification link.
- Click the verification link, then return and sign in.
You land on the Dashboard with your workspace ready. The sidebar shows all navigation links.
- Check spam/junk for the verification email.
- Make sure your password is at least 8 characters.
- Try a different browser if the verification link doesn't work.
- Contact support@getconvert.io if you're still blocked.
- Go to Settings → API Keys (you're already here).
- In a new tab, open Anthropic Console → API Keys.
- Click Create Key, copy the full key (starts with
sk-ant-). - Paste it in the Anthropic API Key field above.
- Click Save Anthropic Key. You should see "Key saved and encrypted."
The field shows a masked value (••••••••xxxx). Agents can now respond using Claude.

sk-ant-— other formats are invalid. - If agents still fail after saving, verify your Anthropic account has active API credits.
- Re-enter and re-save if you see an auth error in the chat.
- Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.
- Find the platform you want to connect (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Analytics).
- Click Connect. A browser popup or redirect will appear for OAuth authorization.
- Approve the requested permissions on the platform's auth page.
- You'll be redirected back — the integration card should show Connected.
Each connected platform shows a green "Connected" badge. Agents can now analyze and publish to that platform.
- Make sure you're logged into the platform account in the same browser.
- If the popup is blocked, allow popups for this site and try again.
- For Instagram: you need a Professional (Creator or Business) account.
- If you hit a plan limit, upgrade in Billing to connect more platforms.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting if a "token expired" error appears.
- Go to Agents in the sidebar to see all available agents.
- Click an agent to open a chat and confirm it responds correctly.
- Go to Scheduled Tasks to create automated jobs.
- Click New Task, choose an agent, set the schedule (daily, weekly, etc.) and platform.
- Save the task — it will run automatically on schedule.
Agents respond in chat. Scheduled tasks appear in the task list with their next run time.
- If agents don't respond, double-check your Anthropic key has valid credits.
- If task creation is blocked, check your plan's task limit in Billing.
- Scheduler logs appear in the task detail view — check for error messages.
- Go to Content Workspace.
- Click Generate Content, choose a platform and topic/prompt.
- The AI generates a draft — review and edit it in the editor.
- Click Approve to mark it ready, then Publish to post it live (or Approve & Publish in one step).
- To schedule instead: approve the draft, then set a publish date/time.
Published content shows a "Published" badge and the post appears on the connected platform. Scheduled content shows "Scheduled" with a time.
- If generation fails: confirm Anthropic key is valid and has credits.
- If publish fails: the integration token may be expired — reconnect in Integrations.
- Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube publishing are "coming soon" — only X, Instagram, and LinkedIn are currently supported.
- If you hit the content limit, upgrade your plan in Billing.
- Reports: Go to Reports to view AI-generated performance analyses.
- Mentions: Go to Mentions to see brand mentions tracked by the Social Listening agent. Set up a listening task in Scheduled Tasks to start receiving mentions.
- Notifications: Go to Settings → Notifications to enable Slack alerts or daily email digests.
- The bell icon in the header shows in-app notifications from your agents.
Reports show engagement summaries. Mentions list shows tracked conversations. Alerts arrive via your configured channels.
- Empty reports: agents need published content and connected analytics to generate them.
- No mentions: make sure your brand name is set in Settings → Brand Profile and X is connected.
- Slack alerts not arriving: test the webhook in Settings → Notifications.
- Go to Billing & Plans to see your current plan and usage.
- Usage bars show how much of each monthly limit you've used (content, integrations, scheduled tasks).
- To upgrade: click Upgrade Plan or View Plans and complete Stripe checkout.
- After payment, your plan updates within seconds via Stripe webhook.
- To manage invoices or cancel: click Manage Subscription (available on paid plans).
After upgrade, limits increase immediately and the billing page reflects the new plan.
- If your plan doesn't update after payment: wait 30 seconds, then refresh.
- If Stripe checkout fails: try a different card or contact your bank.
- If you see a "limit reached" (403) error, upgrade your plan to continue.

Re-enter your Anthropic API key in Settings → API Keys. Verify the key has active credits in the Anthropic Console.
Sessions expire for security. Simply log back in — your data is safe. If this keeps happening, try clearing browser cookies for this site.
OAuth tokens expire. Go to Integrations, click Disconnect, then Connect again to re-authorize.
Check that the integration is connected and not expired. Confirm the platform is in the supported list (X, Instagram, LinkedIn). View the content item's error detail for the specific failure reason.
You've hit your plan's monthly limit. Go to Billing and upgrade to continue.
Go to Settings → Account → Reset Password, or use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A reset email will be sent to your registered address.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your Anthropic key powers all AI agent conversations and content generation — it's your key, so you control spend directly. OpenAI embeddings are used for semantic memory search (helping agents recall your brand context) and is managed at the platform level — you don't need to configure it.
Yes. Your Anthropic API key is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored. It is never exposed in API responses — the UI only shows the last 4 characters for confirmation. The key is only decrypted server-side when making AI calls, never sent to the browser.
Instagram's API only allows publishing and analytics access for Creator or Business accounts, not personal profiles. You can switch your account type for free in Instagram's settings under Account Type and Tools.
No — alpha testers have access to platform features at no charge during the alpha period. You will be notified before any billing changes take effect. The only cost you may incur is for your own Anthropic API usage, which is billed directly by Anthropic.
Not yet. Publishing is currently supported for X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn. TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook are on the roadmap and shown as "coming soon" in the content platform dropdown. You can still use AI generation for those platforms — publishing will be added in a future release.
